The TVK Public Complaint Management System crossed the landmark of 1,000 resolved complaints on 15 April 2026, just 8 months after its launch. The system has received a total of 1,347 complaints out of which 1,000 have been fully resolved, 210 are in progress, and 137 are pending. Top complaint categories resolved include road potholes (340), streetlight failures (215), garbage collection (180), water supply issues (145), and drainage blockages (120). The average resolution time is 5.2 days. 87% of complainants gave 4 or 5-star feedback. TVK ward volunteers made 3,200 follow-up calls to ensure timely closure. The party has set a target of 5,000 resolutions by the end of 2026.
