பெரும்பாக்கத்தில் புதிய அரசு பள்ளி கட்டிடம் திறப்பு

The long-awaited government school expansion project in Perumbakkam Ward 192 was completed and inaugurated on 20 April 2026. The new two-storey building adds 12 classrooms, a 30-seat computer laboratory equipped with broadband internet, a 2,000-book library, and a 1-lakh-litre rainwater harvesting tank. The project was funded through a combination of state education department funds (₹1.8 crore) and TVK constituency development funds (₹40 lakh). Over 400 students studying in temporary sheds will now move into permanent classrooms. The school also received new furniture, ceiling fans, and LED lighting.
